The SR-71 Blackbird on display at the Strategic Air and Space Museum near Omaha. Her tail number is 17964.

Her final flight was into Offutt Air Force Base near Omaha. This SR-71 was delivered to the USAF on May 27, 1966, and has the third highest flight hours of the fleet. It was delivered to the Strategic Air & Space Museum on March 20, 1990.

I got out of school, 8th grade i think, that day to watch it land for the last time.
