Pike Place

This image could have been much better, and much easier to process (chopped and changed here and there, took legs from one shot and stuck them on another) if I had time to persevere with more shots at the time this was taken. The afternoon lens flare was perfectly illuminating the pavement and we had a great angle and framing of a stroll in Seattle (Matthew took this).
However, we had just been to a Seattle Flickr meet-up at Kell's and was heading with some Seattle Flickrites to a place to eat, and so as well as being in a rush, was also in an awkward location (man on the bike looks very interested). Not that I let onlookers bother me much nowadays, but I can look somewhat stiffer when I'm not in a private place.
Anyway, this was the best of a bad bunch, and it's been brewing in my files for a few weeks now, taking many tweaks along the way.
